Billing & Payments
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices and transactions on Morvex Home are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information.
When is payment taken?
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed and shipped once payment has been successfully authorized.
What happens if my payment fails or is declined?
If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be completed. You may retry using another payment method or contact your payment provider for assistance.
Can Morvex Home cancel an order for security reasons?
Yes. For fraud prevention, we reserve the right to verify, suspend, or cancel orders suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
Taxes & Charges
Are taxes and shipping fees included in the price?
Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are new and unused.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale items
Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer
How do I start a return?
Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Include:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
No. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible items and follow the same conditions as returns. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship using Royal Mail. Other carriers may be used for large or special orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 8–12 business days within the United Kingdom.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Who pays customs duties for international orders?
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
What should I do if my order is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
Please contact us immediately with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the original packaging. Photos may be requested to assist with the claim.
